DELIVERY
Each of our orders is produced to order and we aim to dispatch orders in 1-2 working days. We send our orders via Royal Mail, and they aim to deliver within 2-3 working days once your order has been marked as dispatched. Please note that order dispatch time may vary with high order volumes or other circumstances. Orders outside of the UK are estimated to take 6-7 business days once dispatched, although this is just a guide, and they could take slightly longer to arrive.
RETURNS POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, and the fact we print them to order, we are unable to accept returns on any of our tapes.
Refunds will be considered in the event of a fault with the product that is caused in production or during the postal process. We will require a detailed description and photographic evidence of the fault before a refund is issued or replacements sent.
