Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, and the fact we print them to order, we are unable to accept returns on any of our tapes. Refunds will be considered in the event of a fault with the product that is caused in production or during the postal process. We will require a detailed description and photographic evidence of the fault before a refund is issued or replacements sent.
